Welcome to moovzy, operated by Moovzy portal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, “the Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
• “Customer” means any person or entity submitting a service request through the platform.
• “Business” means any professional, supplier, or company registered on the platform to provide services or products.
• “Service Request” means a request created by a Customer seeking a specific service or quote.
• “Quote” means an offer or price proposal submitted by a Business in response to a Customer’s request.
• “Service Fee” means the amount charged by moovzy to a Business when a Customer accepts its Quote.
2. Scope of Service
Moovzy is a digital lead-generation and quote comparison platform that connects Customers seeking services with registered Businesses able to provide them.
We do not:
• Provide or deliver any product or service listed by a Business.
• Guarantee the quality, legality, or completion of any job or contract between Customer and Business.
• Act as an agent, broker, or representative for either party.
Our role is strictly limited to facilitating communication and quote exchange.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To register, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
3.3 Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Provide false or misleading information;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
4. Customer Terms
4.1 Use of the Platform
Customers agree to:
• Submit accurate and detailed service requests.
• Not post duplicate, misleading, or spam requests.
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with Businesses.
4.2 Fees
The Service is free for Customers.
All payments for actual services or goods are made directly between Customer and Business.
4.3 Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, quality, and suitability of any Business they choose to engage with.
4.4 Disputes with Businesses
We are not a party to any agreement or dispute between Customers and Businesses. Customers must resolve disputes directly with the Business involved.
5. Business Terms
5.1 Business Registration
Businesses must:
• Provide accurate company details, valid trade licenses, and relevant contact information.
• Keep business information up to date.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
5.2 Quote Submissions
Businesses agree to:
• Submit genuine and transparent Quotes, including all applicable taxes and fees.
• Honor their Quotes for the validity period displayed.
• Refrain from price manipulation, false advertising, or misrepresentation.
5.3 Service Fee
A Service Fee applies only when a Customer accepts a Quote.
• The amount or percentage is displayed in the Business dashboard.
• Fees are automatically deducted or invoiced in accordance with our payment process.
• Fees are non-refundable, even if the Customer later cancels or fails to proceed.
5.4 Payment Terms
Businesses must ensure their payment methods are active and valid. Non-payment or repeated failures to settle fees may result in account suspension or debt collection procedures.
5.5 No Circumvention
Businesses may not:
• Contact Customers outside the platform to avoid paying Service Fees;
• Encourage Customers to cancel platform engagement and deal privately;
• Misuse Customer data for unrelated marketing or solicitation.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action.
6. Data, Privacy & Communications
• We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Users consent to receive notifications, messages, and service updates via email, SMS, or app push notifications.
• We may record and monitor communications sent through the platform for quality assurance and security purposes.
7. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
• All applicable fees are stated clearly within the platform before any charge occurs.
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
• Fees paid to moovzy are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors or duplicate billing.
8. Intellectual Property
• All trademarks, logos, text, software, and design elements on the platform are the property of Moovzy Portal.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or use these materials without written authorization.
• Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, brand names, and content but grant moovzy a limited, non-exclusive ight to display them for promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
• We do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or outcomes of any transaction between Customers and Businesses.
• Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total Service Fees paid by the Business in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moovzy Portal, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Any dispute or transaction between a Customer and a Business.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account if we suspect:
• Violation of any law or regulation;
• Abuse or fraudulent use of the Service;
• Attempt to circumvent Service Fees.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but obligations (including unpaid fees) survive termination.
12. Modifications to the Service
We may update or modify the Service at any time, including introducing new features, changing pricing structures, or discontinuing certain functionalities. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates
